Welcome to Horam Manor Fishery, a family run fishery on part of the Horam Manor Estate, which is open all year round.

Based in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, just outside of the new South Downs National Park, we offer relaxing coarse fishing with nine waters, packed to bursting with terrific fish like Carp, Crucian Carp, Tench, Perch, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Golden Rudd and even eels.

We have everything you need for a perfect day's fishing. Apart from our great selection of waters, we have toilets, extensive car parking and even a tearoom next to our lands, where our guests may go to grab everything from a coffee to a full cooked meal.

Surrounding our waters are some terrific woodland walks and wildlife, making our fishery a great family day out as well as a perfect place for the serious angler!
